This review is low as of now due mostly the remodeling that is going on. They have no hot breakfast on site you have to go to the Holiday Inn, which is just on the other side of the parking lot. They do have breakfast to go in the lobby. However it's be said multiple times that it was going to change. I hope when I up there next it has. The rooms and hallways are also be remodeled. The room number where on the floor last time I was there. No door strip on the bottom on the room doors to help keep out the noise. You can hear everything that is going on in the rooms near you. I will be excited to see this when it's finished.
My family stayed here Nearly 2 weeks dealing bereavement issues. I was really impressed with our stay here. This was one of the cleanest and well-kept hotels I’ve stayed in, and I travel for business a lot. Room was super clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless and in great condition, closet area was nice, and tv was huge and great quality. If I’m ever back in Harrison, we will have to stay here again.
The stay was great and so was the service they are under a remodel but really clean rooms and lots of hot water!
This hotel is undergoing a remodel so services are a little scattered but staff are trying to make it a pleasurable stay. This is the second time we have stayed here. Proximity to Branson & Eureka Springs is great with lots to see in the area if you dont want to hit the tourist traps. If you love mountain scenery the roads into Harrison are curvy but good.

We were greeted as soon as we entered by Mary who checked us in to our room. Found the room very clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a free breakfast in the mornings. They have an egg omelet, link pork sausage, smoked sausage, biscuits and gravy. The also offer assorted cereals and fruits. They have a waffle station with different flavors and toppings, they also have yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels and muffins. Kristina was very helpful and kept the breakfast area very clean. We will return next time in the area.
This stay was not as good as last year. That may be partially due to renovations. It seemed overpriced due to renovations, as well as both waffle makers down and no juice. Mable was an absolute blessing upon checking in and the only positive tgis time
Once again we have been shown what true hospitality is. We have been so Blessed to find the Hampton Inn in Harrison Arkansas! The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay the best! This will be our go to place when we come up here.
